1. Field assessment

We inspect trees on site and collect the field evidence needed for a defensible property record: photos, locations, measurements, observations, site-use context, clearance conflicts, and visible risk factors.

2. Risk and maintenance review

While in the field, we evaluate tree condition, structure, clearance, likely targets, maintenance needs, and risk potential to people, buildings, vehicles, and other property improvements.

3. Work prescription

Before leaving the site, we identify recommended work for each tree where action is needed. Prescriptions may include pruning, clearance, crown cleaning, end-weight reduction, removal, pest or disease follow-up, monitoring, or permit coordination.

4. Next-day work specification

The next business day after fieldwork is complete, we deliver a prioritized work specification for the property. If the site assessment takes three days, the full report is delivered on the fourth day.

5. Full tree-by-tree report

The report includes a property summary, priority work list, maps, risk and maintenance findings, and a detailed record for each tree assessed. This gives owners and managers a clear basis for budgeting, contractor bids, board review, agency coordination, and follow-up maintenance.
